Cookies are usually used on the Internet to help you navigate or give you a more relevant browsing experience. For example, when you return to a shopping basket, you are able to view previously selected products without having to add them all again.

You can modify the settings on your Internet browser to refuse installing tracking cookies on your computer or to be informed when cookies are used and ask for your permission case-by-case. If cookies are deactivated, please note that some features and services on Twenga may not work correctly.

Configure your browser

You can activate or deactivate service and advertising cookies within your browser.

1. Firefox

  • - 'Firefox' menu > 'Options' > 'Options' > click on 'Privacy'
  • - Choose 'Use custom settings for history'
  • - Click on 'Accept cookies from sites' to activate or untick to deactivate.

2. Internet explorer

  • - 'Tools' menu > 'Internet options' > 'Privacy'
  • - Use the slider to block cookies as you wish
  • - You can also click on 'Advanced', choose 'override automatic cookie handling' and choose one of the 3 options.

3. Safari

  • - 'Safari' menu > 'Preferences' > 'Privacy'
  • - Open the 'Security' tab
  • - Choose your options.

4. Opera

  • - 'File' menu > 'Preferences' > 'Privacy'

Opt-out of tracking cookies for advertising purposes

NB: Once you choose 'opt-out' to deactivate cookies for advertising purposes, an 'opt-out' cookie will be saved on your computer. This cookie must remain in your browser so that Twenga knows that you have chosen this option. You will need to choose the 'opt-out' option again if you delete this cookie, use another browser or use a different computer to access the Internet.
